Description of topic

This session aims at explaining the altenative investment structures tax implications, and change in control provisions, exploring the advantages of Tax Incentive Certificates (TIC), Export Processing Zones (EPZs), and Special Economic Zones (SEZs), along with licensing requirements and available incentives. Additionally, it will provide an understanding on winding-up procedures, exchange control, and regulatory issues that impact cross-border operations and investments.
