This training provides a solid understanding of key customs concepts and compliance in Tanzania, including HS classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, and incentives. It also covers updates in customs systems, trade facilitation, risk management, and Post Clearance Audit readiness. Additionally, participants will gain practical insights into the evolving landscape of intra-African trade under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). This includes progress achieved to date, emerging protectionist measures and implementation challenges.
